Suggest Treatment For Involuntary Movements In Legs And Hands

My hands and legs shake, I have had blood tests and seen a nurologist and they have said that there is nothing wrong, however when I hold a piece of paper or a cup it's quite visible that i'm shaking, how can this be normal? This isnt an occasional thing, this happens all the time, admittedly sometimes it's worse than other times.
