Suggest Treatment For Involuntary Movements In Legs

i got shivered because of no reasons.. first my left leg started to shake and then slightly get transfered to my right leg,and after two years,my hand got shaking.. i have been eith this poblem last 8 years.. doctors cant able to predict because of what this problem has been came... i need suggestions to get rid of this shivering.
