Suggest Treatment For Iritis Eczema And Sacroiliitis

Over the last several years I have had many different problems that seem to be getting worse. Sacroiliitis, Iritis Eczema, bowel changes, onset of Diabetes, period bouts of transglobal amnesia, two herniated discs...should I be seeing an immunologist??? Have any idea what s happening to me?
