Suggest Treatment For Irratation In My Pubic Area

I am 56 years old, 5ft 2inches, 148 pounds Have had a total hystorectomy about 15 years ago. In the last week or more I have notice irratation in my pubic area and near my rectal area. I thought I might of needed a trim. Trimed and that did not ease the discomfort. Did a self exam and realized that the left side of the labia minora hangs down a lot and I mean a lot longer than the right. It all seems to be rather loose but I am assuming that is due to age. I also have a mass right before my rectum. Is this normal for my age due to everything losing its elastisity and is my left side way ahead of my right? Should I be overly concerned. It does not itch per say, but feels irratated. Have not had intercourse in 5 yrs or so
