Suggest Treatment For Irregular And Prolonged Menstruation

hi dr, i have a question for you in regards to my period, ever since i first got it it has been all over the place i never know when im going to get it, and when i have it it normally last up to 3weeks.. i have tired going to doctors here for it but they always suggest i may be pregnant which i am not. can you please help me
