Suggest Treatment For Irregular Heart Rate And Shortness Of Breath
Heart beating fast then slows down quickly once it starts, after I have to cough when it happens, like a movement feeling of some kind when it happens, feels like I might want to even catch my breath when it happen, some ache in upper back, cold fingers on right hand, I am 43, though have felt these since I was 17.

Since you have had this for so many years, it may not be something serious. I suggest you do an ECG, a 24h ECG Holter monitoring and cardiac sonography.
