hi, iam from uae my wife have pcod and regular menstrual not coming we consult a doctor and they 5 years give many medicines but no benifits then last 4 month before we consult another doctor he said to make make operation like laparascopy driling then we did it last 3 month before and the mensus not coming regulary and last 2 month not come mensus and we consult a doctor they tell u can try ovacure medicine daily 2 tablets contains 1g of Myo-Inositol, 25mg of D-Chiro-Inositol and 200mcg of Folic Acid is it possible to get mensus regulary and get pregenent for us . we got marriage last 6 years now . can u give us a good reply and suggestions please

Treatment of PCOD is tricky and mainly depends on patient’s dietary habits. She needs to lose weight, avoid all fizzy drinks, try consulting doctor and start Metformin. the hormonal therapy you were offered is helpful kn many cases.
