General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have taken 2 pills of Primolut N for 5 days (in order to induce your delayed period), you should stop taking them now & wait for bleeding to start (it would be within 8 days of stopping the pills)

You should consult your treating gynaecologist on 4th or 5th day of periods for further advise.

Mostly in such cases, 3 cyclical hormonal courses are given to correct the cycle. Sometimes few investigations are needed before prescribing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
