Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

I am 41 years old and have irregular period. The doctor gave me meprate 2.5 twice a day , 21 days . It was March 9 to 31. My period came after I stop medicine. But only 2 days and small . In between I didn t take any med and still my period not show . What can be the problem . I don t have unprotected sex during this time . Plese help .

Your symptoms seem to be related to a hormonal imbalance. I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound in order to exclude ovarian cysts and check sex hormone plasma levels for possible imbalance.
