Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

m 22year old female.i have been sufferin wid irregular menses since i was 17 b4 dat ma period were regular,since it startd at around 13.initialy i usd to hav heavy flow bt since it bcame irregular the flow has decrease.the hair fall problem e1 startd with ths problem.i hav done usg pelvis n thyroid n progesterone test done reports were normal both time..hav taken primolute-n many tyms bt its not givin permanent relief. Wht should i do.is there any connection btw both these problem i.e. Hairfal n menses
