Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hi I am 36 years old. I have been married for four plus years with no children. Never used birth control methods. I experienced a missed abortion in 2007 and a pregnancy with empty sac which lead to an abortion 4 months ago. I had 4 periods after that.

My recent problem is my mentural cycle has changed from 28 days to 32 days in last two cycles and I ovulated on day 22 in these cycles. I have gained weight about 13 lb during last 8 months. I am worried about late ovulation and change of 28 day cycle. Please advise. Thanks, Susan
