Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

my age is 28, i am having irregular menstrual cycle. i had all blood test, reported that my prolactin level is 33.7 and rest all were normal. also gaining weight too. this irregular cycle was from the puberty itself. i took lots of treatment but for few months it will be regular after that again same. what will be the cause and treatment for it???
