Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycles And Uterine Myoma

Hi, i'm only 30 years old and i was diagnosed with myoma just this month about 4cmx5cm.even before i'm still single, i have an irregular menstruation.i already have 3 kids delivered by cs operation and has been ligated last year after i gave birth with my third..my gyneo told me not to worry about it unless it causes problem like bleeding.my last period lasts 11 days and before that i have blood spotting tha's why i undergo internal ultrasound and so my doctor saw an abnormal mass and said its myoma.my question is, will i not be worried about it?can i still have exercise?and what food to eat?and still my menstrual cycle is not regular.please help me.thank you so much in advance.
