Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycles Due To PCOD

I am 22 yrs old and married since 1 and half year. my mestruel cycle is not regular. i am suffering from PCOD. Is that any major problem? I don't want child till 2 yrs from today.Does it affect to my pregnency (When i required)? How is it cured? pls advise
