Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycles

My period cycles are irregular between 35-37 days.. It came on day 29 this time .. And i hade cloudy urine during the time... Well 3 nights ago i woke up and used the bathroom and i urinated and passed some red tissue and it obviously burned. Now im swollen and sore and it burns. Not only that i have creamy discharge.. My kidneys DO NOT hurt just my vagina..
