Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycles

Hi my name is Michelle i am 23 years old and i have been having irregular menstrual cycles ever since i can remember i was diagnosed with polysystic ovaries about 2 years ago and was prescribed antibiotics and it cleared up. After that i had begun to have regular periods for about a year and a half and now i am getting worried as i have not begun again for the last 5 months and i cant be pregnant as i am in a same sex relationship. Can someone help me please.
