Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods And Ovarian Cyst

hi,
iam 32 yrs old living together for four months after completing my phd. I am getting irregular periods and doctor told me that i have ovarian cyst in my left ovary. How to overcome this cyst and get my normal period and pregnancy?
