Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

you are a family physician and i need a gynecologist. my periods are irregular since January 2014 i am not having regular periods. my periods date are- january 19 only for 2 days march 28 for 5 days after taking medicine (regestrone tablet) may 2 for 2 days only and july 10 again after having medicine (regestrone tablet) after that still i am not getting my periods. today is 21 August and no period. please help me out what to do.
