Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

my wife bleeding not regular after delivery. my baby age is 7 months. she take normens tablet for this.she take normens 21 days and 7 day off. she take medicine for last 6 months. when she take medicine that time no bleeding. after stoping the medicine again bleeding start...what to do . pls help
