Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

My period has been irregular ever since i had my first son who is now 2, but it has gotton worse since my second son who is now 10 months. I've had the birth control shot twice within the last two years (after each kid) and i bled the whole 3 months each time. Now my period seems to come every 2 weeks and sometimes with clots.
