Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

I have taken Cycloreg tablets 3 months back, and now my periods have become irregular and beggining and after the periods i can see small amount of blood in my white discharge for several days.....got married just 3 months back....what do I do, is it gonna become normal in few days? Age-29, Weight-62 kgs, height-5' 5"......
