Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

i have not been menstruating nomal for 2yrs now,my cycle comes once in 6,4 or 5 months,i took some herbs and i got some results now it doesn't come regularly i dont know wat to do i have gone to gyneacologist many test have been carried out but to no avail.help me pls
