Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

hai i married women my age is 24 my height 164cms and weight 78 i have a irregular periods in more than 2 months i tested a urine pregnancy test is negative and last week one day little bit of bleeding in a some time and then another one day the same thing is happen and after two days the bleeding is happen properly i dont know what problem to me plz help me
