Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

Hello, I just had a pelvic ultrasound done. When looking at the pictures That were taken I notice a few orange and yellow dots on some of the pictures. This ultrasound comes in the hopes of finding what is causing my my period to be messed up from when normally regular to almost exact time. Please help....
