Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation And PCOS

Hi Dr. I am 29 yrs old having irregular periods, Polycystic ovaries and obese (106 Kg). After one year of marriage we are planning to have a baby. Earlier we dont have regular sex due to work pressure. Last cycle my dr prescribed to have clomid and askd to undergo follicular study on 11th day. after 16th day i was informed that no growth and the endometrical thicknes was 8mm. So she advised to take follicular study in the next cycle. I was advised to take Letroz 2.5mg from day 2 of my periods and Obimet tablet. Today is my 13th day of periods. On last study day before yesterday day 11, i was informed that still no growth. But the endometrical thickness is 5mm. Im bit confused with this thickness issue. Kindly guide me.
