Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation And Spotting

Hello doctor : ) My period has been acting in a differnt way in the past few months .. There is its squence .. Period started on 10 May , ended on 14th May .. On 3rd July .. I had few drops at night almost for half an hour .. On 18 & 19 July .. I had brown discharge .. On 1st and 2nd August .. I had bleeding .. On 29th and 30th August .. I had bleeding . On 2nd, 3rd,4th,5th September .. I had slight lower abdomen pain for around an hour at night accompanied by few drops of brown discharge ... I used to have a period of an average of 5 days .. but now i have missed a period followed by reduced periods ( lasting1&half day or 2 days) .. I am 21 years old, vigin and I don t use any pills ..
