General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are most probably suffering from PCOD. You may have to use ovulation induction drugs (Clomiphene Citrate) at the beginning of menstrual period for becoming pregnant. Check your hormone levels FSH and LH. Also check your blood sugars and cholesterol as you are at risk of developing diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
