General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Evercare capsules you are taking contains just supportive ingredients to reduce pain &other problems during menses.
I would advise to get fully investigated for your menstrual problem. Apart from a detailed physical examination by a gynaecologist, you would need investigations to find the root cause.
It can be hormonal imbalance like thyroid, ovarian or prolactin & pituitary problems/ovulatory problems like PCOD) you would need hormonal assessment/USG a domen, ovulation study.
Once your basic problem is found a specific treatment would be given to improving your periods after which you can try for conception.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
