Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While Trying To Conceive
A few years ago I began having my menstrual cycle I had it for 6 months straight lost over 50+ pounds and doctors never knew what was wrong. I used Yaz, Yazmin, Ocella, & a lot more birth controls trying to stop the bleeding it finally stopped and I went back to having semi-normal periods. For the last two years I ve had little to no periods at all, low sex drive, moody. I have been trying to get pregnant and obviously nothing is working. Please can anyone tell me what could be going on
The common causes of irregular menses with infertility are: - Chronic pelvic inflammation or infection as Chlamydia or others - Polycystic ovarian syndrome - Hypothyroidism - other endocrinopathies
I would like to address the issue with relevant information of available documents of: @ Lab data @ Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis @ CT scan abdomen and pelvis @ Hysterosalpingogram or @ Diagnostic laparoscopy
Whatever available with you for further reference and discussion guidelines.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
