Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation With Heavy And Low Flow

hello..i m having problem of irregular periodsm facing problem of irregular periods from last month..i had heavy bleeding last month doctor prescribed me registron to stop bleeding after that i hd a course of meprate 10mg twicw for 21days nw i completed my corse 4 days before but still i m not getting periods it was just mild spotting i m worried please help me..thanks
