Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

I haven t had a period in 2 years 5 days ago I started bleeding. I have cramps in the lower part of my stomach, last week my breasts were sore for about a week and a slight lower back ache. I guess all the same signs as what my period use to bring including 2 pimples on my face.

Hello,

Yes, you are right, the symptoms you are experiencing are all related to incoming periods. But, you already bled. So, most probably you are having hormonal imbalance.

I think should check with gynecologist why no periods for 2 years, perhaps menopause depending on your age. However, gynecological tests are recommended.

Take diclophenac for the pain, take primrose oil for easing the symptoms.

All the best.
