Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi doctor I've seen my peroid early december then started again after 10days since then I didn't see my period again till 2day I thought its because of stress my mom was hit by a car then died bt I'm worried its been long now,I develop something on my right abdomen its only painful when its time for my period the doctors said I won't conceive again bt now I dnt knw pls help what must I do 2see my period again?
