Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

i am 27 old female married last year on april i was detected with pregnancy in november and had my miscarriage on 23 dec and i had d and c on 25 dec 2013 after that doctor has prescribed me duolton L tab for regular cycle i have taken for one month 21 tab and i had my period on 23 jan after that i have stopped eating the medicine as it has sideeffects but after 23 jan i have not got my perids today is 41 days but still waiting i have ested the pregnancy also it is cuming negative what shuld i do
