Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Myself santa patra 31yr lady just married and we want to have a baby soon. Before mentioning my problem I must disclose some of my past problems I have been suffering from either irregular periods or some time no periods for many yrs, recently PSOS was detected in julyâ??09 which was treated by A homeo Dr which regularized my periods but after married i.e in the month of mayâ??10 the period found missing as we want to have a baby soon I along With my husband were trying for it. Though my husband semen test was found OK but till date I have no early symptoms of pregnancy which confirmed with a Home Pregnancy test resulting to negative. At this situation what further steps should I take whether to go for a baby or wait and have a treatment further and I request you for a advice from you and what may be the exact cause of my period being stopped.
