Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

I haven't gotten my period but for the past two or three days i've been having a light brown discharge and brown clots. They aren't even enough to soak through anything. I just notice in the shower. I know i am not pregnant because i am a virgin. Is there any reason as to why this would be happening?
