Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hai..My name is varsha..i am student..currently working in company..1 year back me and my boy friend tried to have sex with each other..we tried without condoms..he dint inserted it fully.. but couldnt do it properly..due sm reasons..after that it i got some back pain..later my periods was abnormal and from 1year my period is continously for 15days..before it was normal..i cant speak this with parents..Please help me out with this matter..telme what treatment should i take..
