Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

I haven't had my period in a while I would say almost a year but this has been goin on for a while one month a I get then stops for a year or longer I am over weight I have a bmi of 48.3 I was wondering if it could be my weight or if I could have some sort of damage with my cervix
