Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

hi, i am really upset want to get pregnant but my periodfs are never normal , i think i am not ovulating thats why its happening i am bleeding all the time, usually i bleed till 3 months if i dont take primoluen tablets i have used so many medications to regulaste my periods but nothing worked although my camera test blood test,and ultrasound tests are normal there is no ovaray cyst found but nothing works without taking pills but to geyt pregnant i need to leave the pills please help me i am really depressed with irregularperiods and also i want to get pregnant
