Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, my wife's period are not proper. so we consult a doctor and we took scan and they told there is a sist. so we are taking homeo medicine now. for past two month she is getting period to times once in 15 days. but the 2nd time her blood colour is like chocolate and hard and comes out like small substance. Yesterday it came after our intercourse. I dont what is happening. Is the sist is going out? or anything else. please help me.
