Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi Dr. Am 28 yrs old suffering from irregular mensuration cycle due to polycystic ovaries. Dr. suggested Crisanta pills. I've taken 24 pills yet. After completion of 24 days of taking the crisanta, my period started on the 5th day. But bleeding is not proper, only dark red/black spots with very little bleeding is visible. Kindly suggest/guide..
