Suggest Treatment For Irregular Period With Brown Discharge

I have irregular cycle since jan cycle lasted 63 days. MD put me on provera for 3mo had one cycle after that then missed two but have had brown discharge. This month it is been brown clots with minimal blood. I have had 2 ultrasounds both showed that I had cyst on my ovary. I am feeling bloated pressure on my bladder and vaginal area. I am 45 yo any suggestions or thoughts . NO chance of being pregnant
