My husband and I have been TTC for 8 months. I have irregular periods, was dignosed with PCOS due to relatively high testestrone levels but after doig more tests and ultrasound, it turns out to be a misdiagnoses.. My doctor prescribed duphaston on two different dosages; first twice a day for 5 days and my period started on the 5th day (not after stopping taking duphaston for 2-3 days as the doctor said). The second is on day 14 of my cycle, once a day for a period of 10 days, I m now on the 24th day of my cycle and stopped duphaston yesterdayi, had spotting on day 21, yesterday after intercourse light bleeding has started and is still continuing with brownish and clots, the bleeding itself is kinda brownish. What can this means??

Hello,

Taking Duphaston randomly just on predicting ovulation won’t help much. you have to go for ovulation induction and follicular study which will track on dominant follicle and endometrium size which is important if you want to conceive.

Eat healthy antioxidant food, daily exercise and follicular study will help you to conceive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
