Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Blood In Urine

After urinating I see blood when I wipe my self wit the tissue. What can that be? I use to get irregular period, but for the pass 3 months it s normal, my last period was 15 of July 2014. It lasted for 4 days. It has not com for this new month which is August.
