Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Brown Vaginal Discharge

I have an irregular period then i have unprotected sex with my boyfriend last april 11 then i experienced brown discharged on the 27th of the month until May 6 then i have experienced bleeding after that but only last for one day...i try to do pregnacy test but the result is negative but i have experience symptoms of early pregnancy so after a month i then tried to do pregnancy test and the result is still negative...can you tell if i am pregnant ?

Hi,

Brown discharge what you had experienced can happen when you have irregular periods as old or retained blood would come out mixed with cervical mucus as brown colour.

Since, the pregnancy test is negative on both occasions, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. It appears that you could be having irregular menstruation due to underlying condition like Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).

It would be advisable for you to undertake ultrasound scan and consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
