Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Conceiving

I haven't had a regular period my whole life. At one point I went 5 years without one. I have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years now with my husband. I have tried everything except going to a doctor. I haven't had a period in almost 2 years now. I must not be ovulating. I also show many symptoms of Polycystic ovarian disease. Do I have any hope of getting pregnant, or even having a regular cycle?
