Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Cramps

Hi, I m 19 turning 20 and I have a really bad irregular period. This time when I finally got it after I was over 3 weeks late its an orange red color and very light I have bad cramps and I feel nauseous a lot of the time. I don t know what is causing this I have never had this happen.

Read your query as you have irregular periods and cramps this can be due to malnutirtion , irregular diet and deficiency of certain vitamins also . for this you should consult Gynaec for examination and investigation like complete heamogram and Tsh examination .
