Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is due to a hormonal imbalance which can prevent normal ovulation and hence interfere with fertility.

Would you clarify a few things for me?
-what is your height and weight?
-do you have any thyroid issues or any other medical concerns? Any medications?
-any family history of PCOS?
-are you a non vegetarian? If yes, how often do you have it?

I recommend :
-weight loss if overweight.
-avoid junk food and fast food.also stay away from refined grains and processed food
-maintain healthy exercise and sleep routine.
-Include whole grain and fresh whole fruits and vegetables.

After marriage, if your cycles don't regularize, medications are available to induce normal ovulation and facilitate pregnancy.
Please don't worry. After delivery, you will need to use contraception to avoid pregnancy till you are ready for the next one, if your cycles are still not regular.
Hope this helps and addresses your concerns.

Wish you good health. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
