Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Leg Pain After Abortion

i had an abortion of 34 days pregnancy three years back and i did nt took any medicine from the very day now i feel pain in my right leg and uterus and irregularity in periods plz suggest what should i do???i am right now 24 my height is 5'2'' and my weight is 65kgs
