Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Vaginal Itching

My problem is irregular periods. Once in 2 months or once in three months. My new problem is vaginal itching, with slight white discharge. White mild discharge is common in me but I am new to itching. I wash it regularly with both cold and warm water and have always maintained hygiene. I have been to couple of clinics for irregular periods, as everything turned out normal, they just prescribed some periods inducing tablets and asked that I do exercise regularly to reduce my weight, No Thyroid, no PCOD after tests. We had no plans for children as of yet. But after all these , I am sacred about my health and planning for a baby. But I want to have clear idea about myself before I plan for a baby. We use to have sex without sending the sperm inside.. but for past couple of times (5-6 times in approximately 2 weeks interval), we did it , but I did not become pregnant. My husband and I work in night shifts and we hardly get time for sex, may be once or twice during weekends. I am so worried. We are from India. So no way I can meet you, the Dr’s I met do not have time to listen to all of my problems. Please help.
