Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is associated with irregular menstrual period due to irregular or no ovulation at all. Your doctor might have prescribed you oral contraceptive pills to regulate the periods, but you need to also reduce your weight and do some lifestyle changes like exercise, low fat diet to improve the hormonal profile in PCOS.
If you have infertility due to PCOS, there are various treatment available, hence you should not worry about marriage and having children.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
